nemesis stuck at 99

Hey, I’m having a trouble with Nemesis Engine after Installed XPMSE. tiger 99 slot Launching get stucks at 99% for some reason (Without XPMSSE installed engine updates and launches perfectly) Tried this suggestions: 1-Reinstalling Nemesis and XPMSSE, 2-Removing all mods but SKSE,Racemenu and XPMSSE, 3-Reinstalling mod manager Tried both on MO2 and Vortex,
